The wallpieces, vases, kitchenware  and alter pots that Sandra makes are inspired by her stunning natural environment on Galiano:  The textures and colors of the forest and ocean shoreline are the inspiration for each piece.  Sandra’s frequent trips to Japan are also a strong influence on her work, where she is exposed to many different styles of pottery, flower arranging and tea ceremony.
